Tell a story as you entertain.

This piece was built using timber from a may day tree which was personally salvaged from Calgary, Alberta after it was marked for removal. May day wood is a sub species of cherry and has all the same hues and distinct grain patterns one would find in the greater species. My father and I milled the wood last fall and stored it for a year before it was ready to be worked on.

Rescued minutes before being fed to the wood chipper this live edge charcuterie board is finally ready after an 18 month journey. Will you give it a home?
